Jack Lawrence Moser Jr.

Jack was recommended to me by another attorney. Jack came to my place of business. He sat with me, reviewed my situation, was very engaging but most importantly, to me, he was concerned for me as a person. I did not feel as if I was just a dollar sign to Jack. We went to court and I was awarded a s...izable judgement which I did collect. This event was over six years ago. Since that time Mr. Moser has represented me on at least a half dozen cases. I was not pleased with the outcome of every case, for being in business it does not all work the way one may want; but, I am always pleased with Jack's demeanor, personal interest and caring. His office staff also displays the same sincerity. The typical "lawyer jokes" do not apply to this man. He has also helped several of my staff & friends in their personal & business matters and he has been more than fair. Is Moser the best lawyer? Probably not; but what he is as a compassionate, caring, understanding professional attorney. He also can become extremely aggressive while in trial on your behalf. What is most important to me, for I want to know that my attorney cares about me as much if not more than his check, is his compassion for you and a human being. If you want a attorney that will be truthful to you, not fill you with rhetoric, fight for you as his own personal fight, this is your guy. If you are seeking the large mahogany offices, with a huge staff, with tea and coffee sets etc., this is not your firm. I RECOMMEND JACK MOSER.
