Kenneth Allen McKee

Kenneth A McKee is a tax attorney with an LL.M from New York University School of Law. Kenneth graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1990 with honors and was the recipient of the Judge William Drenner (Drenner Award) award for 1989 and 1990. The Drenner Award recipient is given to the graduating 3rd year with the highest grades in the Taxation curriculum during his 2nd and 3rd years. Was awarded the Drenner Award with respect to both my 2nd and my 3rd year of matriculation. I earned a Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from NYU School of Law in May 1992, the top program in the country for the study of federal taxation. 

Kenneth relocated to Columbus, Ohio in the summer of 2015 and begin his tax law practice in December 2015. In 2016, did Federal and State legal Tax work for two not for profit enterprises in the State Ohio. Experienced in handling the acquisition of Ohio real property by a Church which enjoyed a federal exemption under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, but was not exempt under Ohio Real Property law. Brought client into compliance with Ohio Tax law and gained a not for profit exemption under Ohio Tax law. All not for profit enterprises owe Ohio Real Property Taxes in the year of acquisition of Ohio Real Property, but can gain exemption for all future years utilizing the correct legal filings. Additionally, filed aComplaint Against Valuation in 2016. This is a complaint filed against Franklin County seeking the reduction Real Property values and a corresponding reduction in Franklin County Real Property Taxes due to the reduction in property values. 

Substantial experienced in filing individual 1040 tax returns and have the capacity to file tax returns for any type of entities. Filed several prior year tax returns. Am currently offering to file any 1040 tax return, including any late filed prior year's, for $150 per tax return. Will also represent you any type of audit at a reduced rates or at a fixed fee.
