Straightforward and Supportive

Not residing in Ohio, I was a little nervous when I contacted Kohl & Cook based on a referral. Timothy was so helpful to me in determining whether I had a potential consumer protection case against an Ohio-based company. He spent the time discussing the pros and cons of the case and helped alleviate my concerns. While I decided to not persue the lawsuit, if I ever need legal assistance in Ohio, I will contact Timothy Cook!

Great Experience

I had a great experience with Tim as I hired him to help with a legal dispute over a real estate contract. He was always very knowledgable of the process and took control of the situation while keeping me informed along the way. He ultimately helped me settle the case in a manner that was satisfactory to both parties. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for representation.

Excellent Legal Writing

Tim is, hands down, one of the best consumer litigators I have ever worked with. He knows the law and how to convey the law's meaning so judges, juries, and clients understand his arguments. In that way, Tim is the most effective kind of attorney. He is highly communicative with clients, friendly, easy to work with, and straight forward. 10/10 would work with again.

Great

Knows his stuff. Took our defense to court and the judge threw it out before we even had to testify on our behalf because Tim made the other guy look so ridiculous. Which he was, of course, but Tim did his job and did it well.
