It was pure luck I dialed this firm simply from a google search online! I am forever grateful to have been so lucky! Sean was so friendly and knowledgeable and fair! A great pleasure! We had many false mechanics liens against our properties done out of complete malice. We had both properties in contr...act to sell and a new home in contract to purchase, when we were shocked to find out about these outrageous liens that totaled more than the homes values and all to spite us and keep us from being able to buy or sell! I was so stressed reading about how long this could take to undo and costly litigation and how anyone can just file a mechanics lien without a spec of proof of work that was ever done! I was given worse case scenario and I believed that would be the case and I ended up with best case scenario! Within 10 days all liens were released and my homes were sold and I just closed on my new home! I cannot believe that this is real! Sean I want to personally and publicly thank you for saving me a bundle of money and relieving a mountain of stress! You did so well that you lost a bundle ! I appreciate you honesty and being fair and truly caring about our situation more than your pockets! Many people take advantage these days and you fear sir are honorable and a stand up attorney! I will recommend you to anyone! If Sean can save you stress, litigation and money , he actually will! I know for a fact if you have to go through litigation or spend more fees than you expect, it’s not because Sean didn’t fight for you! I thought here goes and I was so wrong! Greetings to all that read this review. My wife and I had become victims of a couple of mortgage companies that had deliberately mishandled our mortgage and refused to accept payments causing us to fall behind. Not only did he understand what the mortgage was doing but he pointed out it was illegal and went to work for us!
