Divorce case. The case went right up to trial. He forgot a lot of stuff and had several repeated meetings to discuss the same things costing a lot of wasted money. His trial preparation was extremely poor specially his time in the court. It was all last minute in the morning and all on paper. He did ...not share the discovery and a lot of information with me. He kept on reducing expectations as the case went on. His lack of preparation worked against me and helped the other side. Even during the negotiations he left several things open ended leading to loosing outcomes. Focused on money and showed no empathy even after loosing the case. Always came late to meetings scheduled in his office and left on the stoke on the hour. Gave a lot of incorrect recommendations and then later denied giving them. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone especially for divorce cases which involve a child.
