Biography
I concentrate my practice on representing victims of personal injury and have done so over the past 35 years. I have been recognized by the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, The Ohio House of Representatives Commendation, Who's Who Business First for Personal Injury, Super Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and Top peer review rating by peers with AV Preeminent Rating Martindale-Hubbell.
I have been lead counsel in five separate million dollar plus settlements, with vast experience in tractor trailer litigation.
Most recent claims handled include 4.6 million dollar settlement resolved in July 2013 for severe injuries to a minor against a trucking company, 4.625 million dollar settlement for wrongful death in August 2007 against a trucking company, and a 1.1 million dollar settlement for an injured postal worker struck by a tractor trailer operator in November 2014.
My reputation is for aggressive and tenacious representation with high legal professionalism. I have never represented insurance companies or work for defense firms that focus on passing laws restricting victims' rights.
