Michael Moses is an exemplary lawyer! He was able to settle my case in less than three months and I was extremely satisfied with the settlement! He was very knowledgeable regarding the laws relating to my case and was able to explain things in layman terms . I really appreciated the fact that he ma...de sure that I was on board with whatever decisions needed to be made. If you need an attorney, do not choose this guy. He is the 'Lionel Hutz' of Columbus Ohio. All he did was botch things up and milk my case for legal fees while doing absolutely NOTHING to defend me. He never kept me informed or gave me a straight answer about anything, and tried to get me to settle ...for something ridiculous while letting the defendant's lawyer call all the shots. My situation was a no-brainer and it was obvious to any fool on the street that the company I sued was in the wrong. I had tons of evidence which he could have used to defend me and he didn't. He acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my case. Had he used common sense, we both could have walked away with a very attractive settlement.
