Michael Joseph Boyle

Michael Boyle joined Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC in 2024, focusing on representing consumers in class actions. Prior to coming to the firm, he spent the previous eleven years developing class cases on behalf of consumers, from case origination through litigation, briefing and settlement. He was a key component of three of the five largest class settlements in history under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He has also represented a wide variety of other types of clients, from nurses recovering overtime pay to land owners in disputes over oil and gas leases on their property.
Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and clerked for the Honorable R. Guy Cole of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Ohio and California Bars, as well as numerous federal District and Appellate Courts.
Mr. Boyle is ready to act as local counsel for cases nationwide.
