Yael joined BG&G in 2015 as a paralegal and worked closely with the BG&G leadership and developed branding, client development, and communications. While working at the firm, Yael graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she also served as an editor of the Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice.
