My practice focuses primarily on guiding businesses and individuals through distressing circumstances, and ensuring that my clients are well positioned to avoid future problems. I advise businesses through various types of legal issues, including commercial transactions, contract negotiation and enforcement, debtor/creditor rights, and other matters. I represent debtors and creditors in corporate reorganizations and workouts, including complex Chapter 11s. I advise individuals in planning for the future and in navigating through difficult legal matters. And, when litigation is necessary, I represent my clients through all phases of the process.  I am a Subchapter V trustee, appointed to assist in the administration of Chapter 11 cases under the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019.
