He was NOT interested in hearing at all about how I had ALREADY resolved this debt issue MULTIPLE times and owed the people he was collecting on behalf of NOTHING!! HE did not want to hear it. He just wanted me to contact another agency and then mail them stuff by certified mail and call him when h...e had I had received the receipt back! When I contacted this agency, they HAD all the info he wanted me to send them again already! WHen I contacted him back a week later, he told me the agency had CANCELED their debt collection with this agency.
