I bring a unique combination of knowledge and experience in employment law and intellectual property to my business clients that assists them in protecting their most valuable assets - their people and their intellectual property. From appropriately structuring the company, to assisting in managing its affairs through contracts, non-compete agreements, and necessary employment policies, to protecting its assets, and finally to working it towards succession planning, I am with my client each step of the way.
I also help my clients with their four legged assets through my equine law practice providing various agreements such as boarding contracts, waivers, sales contracts, and pet trusts, as well as advising in a myriad of equine related legal issues.
In my spare time, you guessed it, I tend to my two rescued off the track TB's and menagerie of spoiled dogs.
