We would like to take the opportunity to communicate the exceptional care Attorney Maddie Rettig extended to our family, both from a legal standpoint as well as a compassionate one. She saw us through a seemingly impossible situation. My husband had became disabled and his long term disability in...surance company had stopped his benefits and we had no idea where to begin. At the recommendation of a close friend we contacted Marshall, Foreman and Schlein and were greeted by a pleasant Maddie Rettig. We communicated the situation and facts and she began to work our problem to a resolution. My husband had suffered a brain injury, we have a total care adult son and we were in the middle of a pandemic. She assured us we could place this matter into her hands. Maddie was able to file all documentation a and meet all deadlines while continuously communicating with every step of the way. Maddie has show genuine compassion and care for all people asking with each conversation the status of health and well being of every member in our family by name. We thankfully were reinstated all benefits back pay and back insurance premiums and payments we had paid out of pocket. We only have Great Positive things to say about Attorney Maddie Rettig, what a True Asset to any Family or Law firm. Thank you Maddie And Marshall Foreman and Schlein A Lighthouse In Our Storm

Professional lawyers with integrity.

Nowadays it seems as if corporations can get away with anything. I was in a situation where I felt powerless and as if the truth no longer mattered. The lawyers at Marshall Forman & Schlein, and Madeline Jean Rettig to be specific. Helped guide us through this period and always presented us with all... the possible options and outcomes. Thanks to Madeline Jean Rettig, I know the truth still matters.

Trusted, Compassionate, and Reliable Legal Support

I cannot recommend Maddie highly enough. Over the course of a long and emotionally taxing lawsuit, she was a true guiding light. From the very beginning, she was always honest and upfront, never sugarcoating anything but consistently giving me clear, sound advice. I felt confident in every decision w...e made together, and I knew I was in good hands the entire time. Maddie's expertise and professionalism, coupled with a deep sense of empathy, helped me navigate what could have been a much scarier and more overwhelming process. If you're looking for a lawyer who will stand by you, keep you informed, and genuinely care about your outcome, Maddie is the one.

Beware

Contacted Madeline the end of 2023 after filing a OCRC after viewing all my documents she decided represent me. Fast forward the OCRC investigator contacted me regarding my case due to the fact the he never received any documentation from Madeline I provided him with some documentation which resulted... in him offering me the right to sue I informed her of the right to sue letter that was in the process of being prepared and she advised me to reject the right to sue whatever reason both her and the investigator did not see eye to eye so he not only took back the right to sue and also close my case. A month later she told me that she don't no if she can represent me which later turned into I will not represent me a 4 months til the deadline to file my case. I was out of over 1200 dollars no right to sue letter and the OCRC closing my case. Even after she tried to right her wrong by contacting the regional administrator but it was to late. However read the firm contract it states that they are not obligated to work for you but they will tell you they will represent you then change they mind after they got the funds they needed and it's close to filing a case they will literally get as much money from you then inform you that they can't represent you. My retainer fee will go towards her emailing telling me to send paperwork that she will never intend on using. And lastly the first time she seen me I don't think she expected me to be African American she looked very uncomfortable she literally did not want to stand near me the whole interaction was so weird she apologized with a follow up emailed by that time I was over it and her.

A helping hand.

In a dire situation, Maddie from Marshall & Forman was my primary contact. Her level of care and attention to my case, through hours of her scouring for evidence, or taking the time to schedule numerous meetings with me to ensure I was ready for the steps ahead, not only provided me with peace of min...d, but also assisted me in getting a very favorable resolution in my case. If anyone has the misfortune to need a constitutional or civil rights lawyer. I would hands down recommend Maddie. I will forever appreciate her hard work and service.
