I wish I would not have hired these clowns from my accident. They do not return phone calls, they do not return emails. They don’t answer their phone. You call and you can’t leave a voicemail because their messages for one more except any new messages. So they’re doing this to a lot of people. They a...re terrible. They are awful and I’m going to be filing a complaint with the Ohio bar association about them. Their practices are not in good faith, specially Lance. Who never ever returns calls.

Do your homework before hiring an attorney, wished I would have. I hired Kevin Kurgis in 2014, its now end of 2016. You get a case mgr you never talk with an attorney. And good luck getting a quick response, it takes DAYS for the case mgr to return your calls. And be prepared to do most of the foot w...ork, I had to obtain my own medical records, give them copy of police report. You may as well represent yourself, I don't understand his Team, you are the client who is giving them a portion of the settlement. One would think you would take better care of how you treat your lifeline. Your just a number, not an actual person to them
