After practicing for 14 years as as litigation attorney, I now dedicate my practice exclusively to the mediation of civil disputes. I work very hard to save my clients the expense and disruption associated with taking a case to trial. My approach to mediation is to thoroughly understand the legal issues and facts of each case and, drawing from my litigation experience, highlight areas of risk and exposure. I go into each mediation with a thoughtful strategy to bridge gaps and break impasse.
