Heather Marie Lowenkamp Cockley

Heather Cockley should be in prison for the crap she did while she was a judge and magistrate. She did things like award the son of a friend of hers full custody without even really considering all the facts. It wasn't justice, it was a favor to a friend. Her ego is massive. On another occasion Heath...er Cockley tried to force a father to agree with her and purjor himself. When he stood firm in his opinion she immediately set things up in a trap so he would end up in jail. At some point she began an affair with a local police officer on the Mansfield force. Generally, she has anger issues with men and is misogynistic. This is the basis of many of her so-called "just" decisions. She has been a bane and a curse to fatherhood in Richland county. Just ask around. Many times she got members of her court to go out of their way to perform activities that benefited people she favored and/or cause problems for those she decides she doesn't like. There are multiple instances of Heather Cockley having angry and emotional outbursts in the court room and this is highly inappropriate for any judge or magistrate. These are a few of the many reasons why Heather Cockley should NEVER be allowed near a judge's bench and should be banned from practicing any type of law, especially where it involves children.
