I have taught commercial law and consumer law as a full time faculty member at the Ohio State University College of Law for more than 30 years. I have also handled commmercial and consumer cases in the College of Law civil clinic for approximately 15 years. I also handle commercial law and consumer law cases as an attorney with Isaac Brant Ledman and Teetor

I have taught Contract law as a full time faculty member at the Ohio State University College of Law for almost 30 years. In addition, I have handled contract cases in the College of Law civil clinic for approximately 15 years. I also have handled contract cases as an attorney for Isaac Brant Ledman and Teetor

I have co-taught a live client civil litigation clinic at the Ohio State University College of Law as a full time faculty member for 15 years. This clinic involves a wide variety of civil cases including consumer cases, contract cases, property cases, employment cases, and others.

I began my work as an attorney doing general business and corporate work with the Philadelphia law firm of Wolf Block. I have continued to advise businesses, particularly in the area of commercial and consumer matters thorughout may career as a fulltime law faculty member and as an attorney with Isaac Brant Ledman and Teetor.
