Worst public pretender I ever had. Crooked attorney told me to plead guilty at a pretrial with no plea bargain. Said thats how they did business in licking County. He bragged about how well he knew the judge and how the good ole boys of licking county didn't do plea agreements. Anyhow I took your ig...noramus advice and got 2 out of 3 possible years on a non violent felony 3 conveyance. This was during the onset of covid 19 and I suffer with emphysema. Oh and by the way now im on oxygen. Thanks you jerk off. You also had the audacity to brag about running for judge. I mean you touted that im gonna be judge bs as my life was being ruined. I had a job and you lied about everything!!! Remember you said you would file for a judicial release?? Yeah you lied and wouldn't return any phone calls. I know because my people called repeatedly and you couldn't be bothered. For real you did live up to your name leech of society. #corruptgovernment now go chase some ambulances you leech!!! #lickingcountyohio

Spoke with Mr. Leach in Jan.about suing a man for assaulting a child, he said he would speak with his partner and call me back, called for months without a return phone call. His secretary finally told me how much it would be to hire him,paid in full. My other child happen to get in trouble after tha...t Mr. Leach said he would be happy to help. Showed up for court twice did absolutely nothing and then claimed the money I paid was for that childonly. Filed a complaint, Mr. Leach claimed he referred me to another attorney(he never did) and that i was charged for 5 hours of drive time, It takes the rest of Ohio to get from Columbus to Newark about 45 minutes but it took Mr. Leach 1.5hrs. I was never told of any additional fees and he even discussed my case with me while in court with the other child. Worst of all I qualified and had a public defender and Mr. Leach dismissed him and I still have to pay all the money back that I borrowed to hire him originally
