I wish I would've listened to the negative reviews, I paid a retainer and nothing was ever filed. Asked for a refund, she sent back less than half and refused to send an invoice as to why she kept the portion she did. She literally did nothing on my case, and won't even respond further to my inquirie...s about my invoice/further refund. She's had my money for over a year.

Well, I could write this review and say that attorney Elizabeth Westfall was very professional and did a great job and leave it at that...but what she did for my family was WAY more than that, and this is such a personal subject for me...she honestly started as my lawyer and became my friend. Elizabeth is compassionate, diligent, professional, knows the law, and handles your case as if it was her own. She is ALWAYS available to answer questions and even contacted me and worked on my case while she was on maternity leave. In all honesty,my family considers her a part of our family.
