David Andrew Froling

I contacted David in regard to a local/ municipal tax issue. He was the third lawyer I spoke with on the topic. He took the time to really understand the issue, and connected me with individuals within the tax program who could help me sort through the issue on my own. He empowered me to sort through... a very confusing system myself, rather than simply accepting money and doing those very things himself. That said, his retainer was reasonable and he was completely responsive and made me feel as though my issue was worth his time.
