Catherine is hands down the best choice, in my opinion, if you’re in need of an attorney for a child custody attorney. I hired Catherine initially while going through an extremely high conflict divorce. My divorce was finalized late January 2023. By the middle of March 2023 my ex-wife was up to her usual disparaging and hurtful behavior. I arrived on a Friday in March to begin my parenting time and my ex would not allow me to have my daughter. I called the Columbus police department and they advised me there was nothing they could do; that only the judge could enforce the shared parenting plan. That began 5 months of hell as my poor daughter was once again kept from her father. Catherine fought for me and filed several motions until the heat was enough that the other side started wanting to negotiate. I was referred to Catherine by a good friend and I could not have been more pleased with the choice. I was an unmarried/in the process of separating father who didn't understand the custody laws and rights of a man in my situation. Catherine helped me every step of the way with my custody case. We had to deal with my ex/daughter's mother who was less than cooperative at times and her divorce that was handled poorly made the custody case that much more difficult. It was a handful and a mess. Catherine worked diligently to not only get my rights to my daughter and a plan set in place for that but also worked with my daughter's mother very well in very difficult circumstances. She remained cool and explained the reasons for her actions when needed and ended unneeded chatter when it wasn't forwarding the conversation. She worked with my ex and got a plan in place that worked for everyone. I would highly recommend Catherine to anyone needing not only custody help but any kind of separation or divorce help or advice.
