My experience with Brian Henderson during my divorce case was extremely disappointing and caused significant financial and emotional hardship. Unfortunately, Brian dropped my case not once, but twice, at critical points in the legal process. This lack of commitment left me scrambling to find new repr...esentation and caused unnecessary delays and stress during an already difficult time. Throughout my case, I found communication to be inconsistent and often lacking. Critical updates and explanations were not provided in a timely manner, leaving me feeling unsupported and unsure of my legal standing. When I reached out for clarity or guidance, responses were delayed or inadequate, further compounding my frustration. The decision to drop my case on two separate occasions disrupted the progress of my legal proceedings and forced me to incur additional expenses to hire new counsel. The financial burden and emotional toll of these setbacks cannot be overstated. I cannot recommend Brian Henderson to anyone seeking reliable and dedicated representation in a divorce case. A client entrusts their attorney with some of the most important aspects of their life during a divorce, and that trust was not upheld in my experience. I hope this review serves as a caution for others considering his services and encourages improvements in client care and case management.
