Attorney who works for you!

I hired Brian to help me with a wrongful disciplinary action from my school district. Brian was professional, detailed, articulate, and always gave his honest opinion. He was a huge help and gave me the perspective I needed in winning my arbitration case.

Stays with you for the long haul

I have been working with Brian Garvine for several years. He has been very straight forward with me from the start; he told me my case would take a long time and be tough. I have never had the impression he was padding the time/bill; I believe he has always been respectful and has been a good stewa...rd with regards to my fees and retainer. I trust him and would have no difficulty recommending him. I believe his pragmatic approach will eventually vindicate me.
