After taking horrible advice from an apathetic attorney who cared only about money, I took a plea deal because I had no options. Faced with a lack of funds, I couldn't pay my restitution so I found myself on the receiving end of a felony probation revocation hearing with an angry victim and facing 2 ...years. I called Ben less than 12 hours before I was to appear in court, and he picked up on the first ring. Taking this as a good sign, I hired Ben to help me. He showed up on time and fully prepared even though I wasn't able to give him much information. Thanks to Ben, my probation wasn't revoked, the victim & prosecutor were happy and Ben even got me a favorable nod from the judge. I'm forever grateful that I am with my family right now because I could be behind bars. Thanks Ben!

These Guys are the worst! Don't waste your time or money on defense that can not even arrive for your court hearings! These guys Blow, especially chris jenga, what a tool! did nothing for me at all!!! never even read my emails to him! wow!!! don't bother with these folks! they are not worth the money...!!!

I hired this firm (Benjamin) for some pretty serious charges in Delaware County. I hired this firm based on the positive reviews and internet presence on google searches for attorneys in the area. After talking to Ben about my case I hired him to represent me. However, I was assigned an attorney in h...is firm names Chris Junga whom I had no knowledge of nor had done any research on him. Ben made it seem like Chris would just be helping with my case but actually he was assigned to handle my case entirely and Ben actually had nothing to do with my case. After retaining the firm my calls and texts were mostly ignored. When I did get return calls or texts it was only after I literally had to blow up both attorneys phones. Chris Seemed to have no real concern with my case and made me feel extremely uncomfortable with him handling such serious charges. This is my life we are talking about so a person wants an attorney who is responsive and shows genuine concern. Chris was clearly irritated with me almost every single time I spoke to him and always rushed me off the phone stating he was busy. If I'm being rushed off the phone that says a lot about how my case wouldn't get the time and attention needed to produce a positive outcome. I eventually hired another attorney and notified Ben to withdraw from my case and got a phone call back immediately unlike all the previous calls, texts,and voicemails. I paid a retainer of $2200 and Chris only went to my bond hearing and I still received a bond of $300,000 for a F2 and F3 charge with no prior felony convictions. I only had misdameanor convictions from 20 years ago. Chris never came to the jail before the bond hearing or after to speak to me. My wife called him at 8am before the hearing that was scheduled at 1pm and he didn't even return her call until 12:30pm to confirm with her that he'd be there and confirm the address and court room my hearing was being held. To sum it all up when I asked for a refund for the remaining funds I was told by Ben that "If anything I owed him money" all for one hearing and calls that lasted 10 minutes or less and a few emails that I sent with documents supporting my case. I am extremely disappointed with this firm and would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

This is a small time attorney. If you take the time to read reviews you will see that this attorney deals in traffic tickets, OVI, DUI, real estate law and minor offenses only. DO NOT hire this attorney for anything else despite claims to handle larger more complex cases. This firm abandons clients ...and failed to show in court. Easily bluffed by prosecution. Terrible instincts and did not adequately perform duties. Was impossible to reach by phone. Paralegal is not a functioning paralegal but rather an appointment keeper only. Paralegal never knew where our attorney, Mr. Luftman was. Was completely absent day of indictment despite knowing the date in advance. Made absolutely no preparation of any kind for indictment and was not present even remotely. Scheduled no witnesses or testimony of any kind. Was relying on everything merely falling into place without having to actually perform any duties. Mr. Luftman "artfully" dismissed himself as my attorney without any notification and entered a request for a public defender on my behalf without notifying me and then left the building prior to arraignment. Quite a feat involving "slight of hand" to say the least. If you are in need of an attorney hire a well known firm that will adequately take on the burden for you as it should be. Hiring this dishonest and bungling attorney will only compound your problems and worry all the while charging you for this inept service.
