Jane Yojan Lee

Jane Y. Lee is the founder of Jane Lee Law Office, LLC, an immigration law firm dedicated exclusively to U.S. immigration and nationality law. She represents individuals, families, entrepreneurs, universities, and businesses throughout the United States and around the world in navigating the complex U.S. immigration system.

With more than two decades of legal experience, Jane’s practice spans virtually every area of immigration law, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, and business visas. She regularly assists employers with PERM labor certifications, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2, and J-1 matters, as well as immigrant petitions in the EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and EB-3 categories. She also represents families pursuing permanent residence, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, asylum, and other complex immigration matters.

She believes that immigration law is about more than forms and regulations—it’s about helping people build careers, reunite families, create businesses, pursue educational opportunities, and establish new lives in the United States.

Originally from Taiwan, Jane immigrated to the United States with her family in 1988. Having personally experienced the immigration process, she understands many of the challenges and uncertainties her clients face. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and regularly assists clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Jane earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
