Geoff’s practice is centered around estate planning for individuals and business owners, as well as asset protection planning for retirees. He joined CPM Law in 2014.

He focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Asset Protection, Estate Administration, Business Planning, and Special Needs Planning. Kunkler has a wide variety of experience in conducting educational seminars on legal topics.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPSGeoff is active in several organizations within his profession and community. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, Columbus Young Professionals, The Arc of Ohio, and the National Aging in Place Council. Geoff is also a pro bono volunteer to provide legal services to veterans through Operation Legal Help Ohio and is a volunteer member of the Development/Marketing Committee for the Delaware County Foundation.
EDUCATIONGeoff received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Case Western University, and his law degree from The Ohio State University-Moritz College of Law.
PERSONAL INTERESTSGeoff was born in Wooster, Ohio where his family still resides. In his free time, Geoff enjoys eating out and vacationing with his wife, Lauren, and playing with his dogs, Teddy and Mowgli. A former personal trainer, Geoff is a bit of a fitness nut and is currently focusing his efforts on CrossFit.
