Ryan Timothy Steele

Ryan is a staff attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department. He has considerable experience with matters related to oil and gas, including title and ownership, lease negotiations, title and lease curative actions, joint ventures, unitization and the Ohio Dormant Mineral act. He was a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) as a Registered Landman (RL) prior to joining the firm. In addition, Ryan has experience working with litigators and in-house counsel consulting in matters of electronic discovery.

Ryan also has experience in general business matters, having managed an office of over 100 employees and contractors. Ryan helped to facilitate the growth of the office by over 100% in under a year. He has experience in strategic project management, marketing and growth, as well as numerous matters related to employee management and independent contracting.

During law school, Ryan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge R. Guy Cole, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
