Christopher John Minnillo

After I hired Chris he stopped returning my calls and emails in a timely manner, sometimes taking weeks to get back to me. He would usually blame it on him taking another fishing trip. I was not happy with the way he handled my divorce case. He seemed disinterested or distracted the entire case. He’s... also very old.

Mr. Minnillo wasted my time and my money. He didn’t get me anything I asked for in the divorce case. My ex-husbands attorney was better prepared and much more calm than Minnillo was both inside and outside the courtroom. Mr. Minnillo charged me over $25,000 and I got almost nothing and the divorce ca...se was a pretty basic type of case. This guy still uses an AOL e-mail account if you want to know how up to date he is with technology, which should have been a huge red flag for me but I ignored it. I definitely made a huge mistake hiring this so called attorney. I do not recommend Christopher Minnillo at all.

In my opinion, attorney Chris Minnillo is very unprofessional. He had emotional outbursts in the courtroom directed at others and did not seem to know the law very well. He talked to me an lot about his ex-wife and the bitter divorce case they had and about his current live-in girlfriend which I thou...ght was odd for him to tell me all that personal stuff. He appeared to me like he needs to retire at this stage in his life. His personality is very cocky and abrasive yet he seemed unable to back this up with action in the courtroom. This is all my opinion based upon my experience with Chris.

Chris is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with!! My wife started taking about divorce about 6 months ago and at that time Chris counseled me on the appropriate actions to take to prepare if we stayed together or spilt. Well worse come to worse my wife did file for divorce but thanks to Chr...is I was already prepared. As soon as I let Chris know he went into action immediately. He gave me step by step instructions on what he needed from me to be successful and at the end of the day that’s exactly what we were “successful”! Chris was very patient with me the entire time which is great because I can be pushy at times. Chris helped me to reign in my emotions through the ups and downs of court and the divorce process. The best advice I can give is to Trust Chris 100% of the time. At times it may seem like the information you provide doesn’t have much importance but trust me Chris is using it and stacking the information appropriately to get you a tactical advantage. He is a tactician and when you go through a divorce it’s chess not checkers so just follow through with his requests and trust his experience! In closing remember Chris is your lawyer and works for you but he needs the information from you so provide all that you can and let him sort it out. When my case was complete I got joint custody, joint custodial rights, no child support, no alimony and I only had to give my wife $10,000. Keep in mind my wife was a stay at home Mom with no job at the time. I was able to get 90% of what I wanted which is unheard of. This was all possible because I followed his directions, provided information and let him formulate a plan.

i would tell anyone who is thinking to use this attorny dont he will take your deposit and make things harder for you with your ex.he will send you billing up dates and charge you for this or that which takes from your deposit and then you own him .he charges 250 a hour even if he just shows up for ...court .i had a simple child custody case i hired him by a friend who used him and he did what he wanted to do even if he made it harder on his client charged me for writing a simple paper i told him what to put and what my ex wanted to keep out of court and he didnt do what i told him to write
