Biography
Mr. Madison's practice concentrates in all aspects of commercial real estate, real estate financing, commercial and residential transactional real estate, Board of Revisions real estate tax matters, land and site development, lease negotiation, and real estate and business litigation. In addition to his license to practice law in the State of Ohio, Mr. Madison is also a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Madison is a speaker for the Ohio State Bar Association on various real estate topics and is an approved lecturer by the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Mr. Madison was a partner in the law firm of Swedlow, Butler, Lewis, Madison, and Dye prior to forming Madison & Rosan, LLP.
Mr. Madison is married with five children. Outside of practicing law, Mr. Madison enjoys playing soccer, tennis, platform tennis, softball, and biking and coaching various youth sports. Mr. Madison is involved in many charitable organizations including Charity Newsies, Pelontonia, and the Bexley Celebrations Association.

Worked with Tim on a 1031 exchange
Tim is a competent attorney, but required explanation of common commercial industry terms such as a PCA (Property Condition Analysis), spent much of his time investigating issues we were not concerned with and the buyers, and on a few occasions provided conflicting direction.
