Biography
We created a boutique intellectual property firm for one reason – to be able to provide clients Tier 1 expertise and service. Our clients do not get young lawyers or lawyers who do not know the area working on their matters. They get two very experienced and well trained IP lawyers. Our practice focuses exclusively on trademark, copyright, advertising and unfair competition law. We left “BigLaw” because the business model is broken and a losing proposition for the clients. Trademark litigation does not require an army!
We are very different. We care about our clients. We actually like our clients and can give personal service to our clients because we are not stuck in the “BigLaw” model. We represent businesses, ad agencies and individuals. Ask us for names – we’re glad to provide references.
We provide advice, counseling, and build and protect intellectual property portfolios, but in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Our clients get our 50 years of experience - and our global contacts. Just part of our personal service.
However, we also litigate to the end if need be. We never “walk” our clients into needless lawsuits, but when the need arises, we will vigorously PROTECT and DEFEND our client’s interests against anyone.
