Jessica Marie Wirick

Jessica Wirick, an Associate with The Law Office of Eric J. Allen, Ltd., is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor as well as certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. There, she was heavily involved, serving as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, Executive Justice of Appellate Advocacy on the Moot Court Governing Board, President of Dispute Resolution and Youth, as well as participating in moot court competitions, criminal law organizations, served as a pro bono research fellow, and was a Moritz Law Ambassador.

Prior to law school, Ms. Wirick attended The Ohio State University where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Sociology, obtaining minors in General Business and Criminology, in 2011.

As an Associate Attorney, Ms. Wirick has focused her area of practice on criminal law and defense, litigation, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, negotiations, and arbitrations. Ms. Wirick has dedicated herself to effective criminal defense representation. Through her work at The Law Office of Eric Allen, Ms. Wirick has continued to gain experience in all phases of the criminal process, from arrest through the appellate process.

Ms. Wirick has work experience in both prosecution and defense, and this will aid her in effective representation of her clients. In addition, her experience gained through her participation in moot court and through her work as an Associate, has assisted her in obtaining the skills required to understand a client’s needs and goals and to represent them towards those ends.
