Douglas Cameron Malek

I represent injured workers both administratively, before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, and in the court room throughout the state of Ohio.

I represent a select number of clients throughout the application process for Disability Insurance Benefits (Social Security Disability) and Supplemental Security Income. I represent before administrative law judges, and if necessary before the federal district court.

Due to time-constraints related to workers' compensation, I hand a minimal number of personal injury cases, including products liability cases and automobile accidents. Other attorneys at Malek & Malek are primarily responsible for these cases.
