Andrew Joseph Niese

Andrew helped me with a divorce and a later custody issue. He's a straight-shooter that tries his best to actually resolve the issue as quickly as possible with the best outcome for everyone involved. He also does his best to try to keep things from spiraling into unnecessary tangents and side-issues... in the case and keep everyone focused on getting a resolution. I also like that he's direct and blunt - he'll let you know if you're making things worse for yourself and help you get back on track. But - above all - he actually cares about his clients and the process - I never had to worry about him missing court dates or deadlines or turning in half-baked motions or written responses. He always checked in with me before anything important was happening and always made sure I was aware of everything that was happening through the process. I'm hoping that I never have to use his services again, but I'm happy he's just a phone call away if I do.
