Business Owner

I needed information regarding payroll taxes. I was provided answers to all the questions I had in a thorough and concise manner.

Best lawyer in town!

Mary King and associates helped me with a serious problem with the IRS. Because of their professional help and diligence, they saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I will always be grateful. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me, their understanding of my situation, and the hours ...they put in to make a gigantic difference in the amount that I owed. I can't thank them enough.

Pit bull

I hired Mary in a high asset divorce case. She was always honest and let me know different scenarios. She is very aggressive and smart. She gets the job done. Highly recommend.

Results exceeded my expectations

I have had Mary represent me in several probate cases lately. In each case the results exceeded my expectations and met all my hopes. I find her to be very knowledgeable, considerate, fair and ethical. I find her to be a family oriented person and her family comes first. Yes, she seems to be very... busy and is not entirely punctual in office visits but she was always to court ahead of time and talked to both parties before trial. I found that she was not the best at returning my phone calls; I had to be persistent. If you are on the right side of the law and want the right result, I highly recommend her. I think she is well known and respected in the Fayette County court system and I think that helps to get the right result.

Buyer's Remorse

Paid $100 for a consult for a domestic relations case. I came early to my appointment and waited. She came into the office 10 minutes after our scheduled time, but made sure to message the girl behind the desk to get my money before she arrived. By the time I got back to actually speak with her we we...re 20 minutes into the agreed appointment. Spent 2/3 of the meeting time (15 minutes) looking into any possible way that she would be unable to take me as a client due to her previous cases and any potential conflicts. I was under the assumption and told that the legal secretary researched this before calling me back to confirm that we even had an appointment. It was made clear that no legal advice is to be given at this meeting and I understand that. In the end I was advised to obtain other counsel. Then I was ushered out and it was over before I knew it. Lesson learned, save your money. There are plenty of attorneys willing to do free consults to offer services. I can't really come out and say I was ripped off, because there was no list of expectations to have been met. She was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I just feel like I should have been asked if I had any more questions or not felt so rushed. Definitely do not feel it was worth $100. Hope this helps someone else.
