Do not pay her to defend you. Me an my husband paid her 1500$ to take my step sons mom to court fir shared parenting. we only met with her once an maybe talked on the phone 4 times. Soon as she got our money they sent on vacation. Went to court an she literally didn’t do any thing for my husband. we ...only get my step son every Wednesday an every other weekend. My step son even told her to her face he wanted to do week to week an she still looked at him an said “ we can’t do that yet buddy “ she’s very lazy has her husband do her work for her. She still owes us money but we won’t see it. lol

Rip off I do not recommend, I paid a 1500 retainer and when my case was dismissed they said I was only getting back $75.00. I asked for copies of everything I was being billed for and I received 1 item that was on the bill. After numerous request for the copies of what I was billed for I still haven’...t received them. They charge you for things like emails back and forth $25-50 each which I never knew I would get charged for, never signed anything about paying for emails back and forth. Got charged $250 for a meeting that I drove an hour to attend and they didn’t show up and the office was closed without even notifying me but I got charged for that. Thief’s that’s what this office is you will get a bill for ridiculous charges so I would not recommend this law office.

I wanted to say thank you again to Mary King, for helping to resolve my case quickly and efficiently. I had a deadline with the IRS and Mary handled it with plenty of time to spare. Mary is very personable and extremely polite, and did not rush me as I explained my concerns prior to her accepting me ...as a client. I appreciate everything she did for me and I will not hesitate to call on her firm should I need assistance in the future.
