Kyle Chase Henderson

I would highly recommend Kyle! With his hard work, he helped to overturn custody in my favor. He made the impossible, possible. I worked hard and did my part too, but he was well educated on laws and fought for my rights. He is excellent in the courtroom and works well with his clients ensuring that ...you are on the same page. I would most definitely use Kyle again!

We consulted with Kyle Henderson 2022 and hired him. We later fired him. I can't currently say anything because our case is still on going but I will be back to tell you everything . Just know he doesn't disclose everything to you that is important for you to know and he stops returning your calls! I...'m very sad that I didn't get rid of him 2-3 months prior to doing so when my gut feeling was telling me to. I will be back after the case to finish my review.

This man dropped me literally 3 hrs before my final hearing for my kids. And did it by email. Had no backbone to even pick up the phone. He worked out a payment plan w me. Gave $500 initially. He said nothing more about money as he knew I was in a very difficult situation and the worst time of my lif...e. Never said anything to me before the final hearing, until 3 hrs before we had court and dropped me for lack of payment. He did nothing to help me. He was very arrogant and was def only there for the money. Very unprofessional and very cold hearted to everyone. He also was arrested for domestic violence in 2018 on his wife. He cares about only himself. Save your money. You will regret ever hiring him if you do. Look elsewhere.

Ok so I hired Mr. Henderson about a year ago and had paid him the 1,500 dollar retainer fee like he had asked me to do. Him and I agreed on whatever other fees came up throughout the case him and I could work out a payment agreement. Then all of a sudden toward the year mark of my case still being op...ened and me only having unsupervised visits with my kids still he wanted me to pay him 1,400 dollars more for an additional retainer fee in 7 days and wouldn't even call me or email back so that we could try to figure a payment agreement out he wanted his money in full or he was withdrawing from my case. Also It was impossible for me to get ahold of him or have him call me back or even email me back which makes me wonder what I truly was paying for because like I said after all this time of me doing my part and sending him everything I needed to prove myself he was not doing something right for me to still only have unsupervised visits with my kids and then had the nerve to ask for more money. There was things that he could of used for my case to help me out that he didn't use come to find out.
