Not impressed with Jorden at all with her acting as GAL in my custody case. Despite all the evidence (4yrs worth) of alienation, abuse, physical neglect and medical neglect of a dog bite and 3rd degree burn that was positive for staph infection, consistent simple callous disregard of a court orde...r and his inability to coparent affectly. She did not investigate thoughoughly! She did not do pop ins to check the REALITY and gravitation of the situation. She did not listen to the children and what they wanted out of this. She barely came to my house untol i demanded she cone and actially talk to them. She didnt even investigate at their dads properly because she "couldnt" walk up the steps. If shed have done her job throughout and properly, she would have seen the mess they have my kids living in. She would have seen the 20 yr old autistic man their dad was allowing to stay in their rooms and bed. She would have seen all of the unlocked guns and ammo laid out on my 13 year olds room along with the hoarders mess from their gma. She would have seen the disfunction of their dad being ABSENT and my kids suffering emotional turmoil of living in a house with a revolving door for any drunken or high BUM or girlfriend of the month their dad drags back. She did the exact opposite and did it at a great disservice to them. She IGNORED their pleas for help when she KNOWS the truth. She even admitted in court Sondra Drake would've taken my coparents rights away completely for all of this while flirting with "Shepie" RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! So she chose to put my kids on a schedule where they are living out of bookbags even more! Opposite of what they wanted and need. Their mental health and behaivor has declined greatly since switching to her recommended schedule. To top it all off. She has disconnected ANY communication with me and has refused to call me back after multiple attempts since for almost 2 months now to get my positive balance of almost $400 back. DO NOT CHOOSE HER AND DO NOT ACCEPT HER AS GAL FOR YOUR KIDS. SHE WILL NOT HELP THEM.

she had a person convicted even knowing they was innocent and she knew it but still proceeded with the conviction... after all said and sent them away she claimed she wasn't aloud to investigate the case at the time ...why ??? i would love to hear her excuse..but that might jeopardize the deputy s...heriff that she was working with that's being indicted for criminal charges.

Jorden isn't on the right side of the law nor does she truly care about whats in the childs best interest. In a custody case, it doesn't matter where you fall compared to the mother; even if you're just as equal and stable as the mother, Jorden will see to it that you get screwed over with parenting ...time and child support. She is 100% biased against men when it comes to allowing them to be an involved parent with shared parenting. Her poor character is only affecting the innocent child and the father who is denied an appropriate and suitable custody agreement.
