Biography
Mr. Spangler, a Lancaster native, received his Bachelor's Degree in Management from Ole Miss. Mr. Spangler received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Mr. Spangler routinely advises banks and financial institutions about the protection and enforcement of creditor rights. He assists lenders with the negotiation and implementation of complex commercial transactions, and is versed in all manners of financial institution and secured transaction laws and regulations.
Mr. Spangler also regularly assists individuals and families with their estate planning, real estate and probate needs, and represents business owners on all facets of their business enterprise.
Mr. Spangler is licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio (U.S. Federal Court), and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Southern District). Mr. Spangler has twice been honored as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers. He also serves on the board of directors of the Lancaster Festival. Mr. Spangler is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State bar associations; is the Past-President of the Fairfield County United Way Board of Trustees; and assists with various non-profit ventures throughout the community. He and his wife reside in Fairfield County with their children.
