Thank you for your interest in my page. I have been practicing law in Fairfield County since 1994. I graduated with high honors from Capital Law School and have a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation. I specialize in the areas of Criminal Defense; Divorce/Dissolution/Custody/Child Support; Real Estate; Estate and Business Planning. I have been lead counsel in hundreds of trials and have the extensive courtroom experience that client's need and want. Over the past 23 years, I have represented thousands of clients through the most difficult times of their lives and issues, with the respect, compassion and attention to detail that each client deserves. Amazing Lawyer!!!!
Jason has been a god sent to me and my family. He is always there and prompt when responding or needing to get things done. He doesn't play around, but has a very kind heart and will work very hard for his clients. I can fully put 110% confidence in him that he will fight hard and get things done that need to be done, all while not wasting your time. I highly recommend using him if you are looking for an honest, hard working, trusting lawyer!!! If I could give him 100 Stars on here I would!!!! I am forever grateful that I found him. Helped resolve issues between ex-daughter-in-law, my son and us the grandparents. Major issue was sons' ex-wife trying to take away or severely limit the visitation of sons' minor children.

Awsome Attorney
Jason represented me in a couple of domestic issues and also assisted my wife with some major felony issues. Unfortunately I have had to use attorneys in the past, was never really satisfied with the representation that I had. Jason price in my opinion and my wife's opinion is one of the best lawyers we have ever had the privilege to represent us. We had to deal with some major issues and I believe if it was not for Jason Price things would not have went in our favor. This is an attorney that is a true trial attorney he works diligently to make sure he gets all the facts and is not afraid to argue your case with the prosecutor or the judge, two thumbs up all day long.

I got hit with an unexpected divorce with a business and called various lawyers in my county. I have to say that Mr. Price was the best. He truly cares about your rights and will fight like a bulldog to see justice. Being self employed for many years I have had many experiences with lawyers. Trust me when I say Mr. Price is the real deal. He will always give you sound advice and never sell you a pipe dream. If you need legal council with emphthy without sacrificing aggression then this is your lawyer. Save your self some trouble and just hire him. He will make all the difference in your case.

Got The Job Done
My ex wife and her new girlfriend set me up for a bogus assault charge. I've never been in trouble with the law before and during the immediate aftermath, Jason answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon and stayed on with me through the whole process, advising me of my rights and even talking to responding deputies. Charges were eventually filed, as well as a restraining order removing me from my own home. Jason was able to get the restraining order thrown out, the assault case thrown out and my record expunged and sealed so that this event doesn't follow me through life. Keep in mind that I didn't do anything wrong so this was the expected outcome, but again, having never been in this situation before, Jason was always willing to respond to emails and texts to answer questions and concerns.

I hired Jason Price to represent me in my divorce & child custody case, and I couldn't have made a better choice. He was very attentive, knowledgeable of the law and the roadblocks that would be encountered with the local legal system, and was very fair and honest on his billable hours. He was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He kept my best interests at the forefront of the case and guided me every step of the way. After only a few months, we were able to negotiate a favorable settlement with the ex and not have to "fight it out" in a courtroom which resulted in a more amicable situation in the end. After the case was finalized, he made sure that my estate planning was in order to protect my future. I am so pleased to have had him on my side during my case. His office staff is very courteous and they do a great job. I highly recommend Jason and his staff based on my experience.

Mr. Price is a very professional, knowledgable and caring attorney. I've been working with him for over a year on a custody/post divorce issue. I only wish I would have used him for my divorce. I probably wouldn't be in this situation now.
