Absolutely the worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with! Stated he would charge $75 an hour charged me $100. He did nothing in the month I had retained him. Retained new counsel a month after Mr.Tawney did nothing for my case and within 24 hours the new attorney had a courtdate and requested things from the defendant and attorney that Mr. Tawney should have! Unorganized and had to submit my documents to him twice, which was a red flag and my sign to hire someone else, so glad I did! Don’t waste your money!
I had 2 charges of an act of terriorism which I didnt do an he got them all dropped an I didnt serve anything before the trial either
