Sean was born and raised in Ohio. He graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus in Criminalistics. Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Sean is a Partner at McCarty & Heffernan where he focuses on Personal Injury cases, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Sean worked as a Death Scene Investigator in Cleveland Ohio and handled emotional and stressful situations. During law school, Sean clerked at the Public Defenders assisting indigent clientele with their criminal cases. In his free time Sean participates in the International Chili Society and cook’s chili competitively. Sean has qualified for the ICS World Chili Cook Off on multiple occasions.
