Mark Douglas Gardner

Mark Gardner is a wonderful man. He truly seems to be a lawyer with a great desire to help and understand. I hired him for a family law matter. I did lose my case but to no fault of his. He had 3 weeks to prepare for a very convoluted case and I do feel he did his best under the circumstances. If giv...en proper time I feel he would be very successful. He does tend to overwork himself though which can cause issues. He is fantastic with remembering case details, he's very willing to be flexible on his retainer and he's not that expensive. I believe his only downside is a timid courtroom presence. Beyond that, I would recommend him. He was the lawyer who restored my faith that not all lawyers are slimy. He's just a good man all around.
