Jeffrey Eugene Buskirk

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Jeffrey E. Buskirk over a period of 8 weeks. Despite three meetings and the signing of papers, Jeffrey E. Buskirk failed to take any action on our case. During our meetings, Jeffrey E. Buskirk provid...ed conflicting advice and guidance, which caused unnecessary confusion and concern. Specifically, he told us that we didn't need a copy of the will, which was brought to each of our meetings, despite our insistence that it was necessary. Only after we sought additional guidance from him did he admit that he should have filed it. Throughout the process, Jeffrey E. Buskirk was unresponsive to our attempts to update him on the status of our case. He would either not respond to emails or phone calls, or made excuses in person such as 'life happens', 'I’m old and forgetful’ and 'I've been busy'. When we made an appointment to discuss the lack of progress, he became defensive and agitated, yelling at us when asked why nothing had been done. The final meeting was extremely uncomfortable, as Jeffrey E. Buskirk refused to provide any explanation or justification for the lack of progress over the past 8 weeks. Despite our concerns and frustrations, he showed no willingness to address the issues or provide a plan for moving forward. He seems confused with the details as well, asking if we were another case name. In conclusion, I do not recommend Jeffrey E. Buskirk to anyone. The unprofessional demeanor, lack of communication, and conflicting advice made it clear that he was not capable of providing the level of service we needed. We wasted 2 months of our time and are now starting over with a new attorney. The only redeeming aspect of this experience was that Jeffrey E. Buskirk did not charge us for his services, given that we were not satisfied with the outcome. However, this gesture did little to alleviate the frustration and disappointment we felt.
