If I could I would give this place an absolute ZERO STARS! They are very unhelpful. I got into an accident March of 2017 and did not receive a settlement check until around the end of June 2018, and when I did it was just about nothing. Not even worth getting a lawyer at that point. My father receive...d a check THREE times the amount of what I got from Jeff without even getting an attorney and my car was totaled and his was not in his accident. Then when I went in to sign my check him and his office joked about how they used my check money to redo their carpets, and the entire time talked about how lucky I WAS to be getting my check when they could be getting new carpets???? It was my money! Jeff told me all my medical expenses were paid as I signed my final check and come to find out THEY WERE NOT. Now Jeff is saying that he does not have to pay this said bill because he did not know about it... when I know 100% that he did. He sent me all the papers that he had in the beginning and that bill was in those papers.This bill is now in collections and about to be put on my credit. I am a 20 year old college student trying to get approved for student loans to get into Nursing school. This being on my credit would make it nearly impossible to get those student loans on my own. Meaning no nursing school for me... This experience with Jeff has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. VERY unprofessional. Avoid this place at allllll costs.
