Practice areas
I represent persons charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes, including OVI/DUI; theft and property offenses; drug possession, trafficking, and other drug related offenses; and assault, domestic violence, and other crimes of violence.
OVI can have serious consequences in a person's life beyond any penalties from the court might. I believe that all persons charged with OVI deserve a high quality defense. I am NHTSA trained in the administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and vigorously defend my clients' rights.
I regularly represent persons starting new businesses and established businesses with regards to operating agreements, contracts, employment matters, etc.
