James Bryant v. Caddell Construction, et al.

This case resulted in a nearly 2 week trial in Madison County (Circuit Court). Mr. Bryant suffered a disabling injury when the scissors lift he was operating crashed at a construction site on Redstone ... Arsenal. Bryant required extensive medial care and was unable to return to work. My law partner, Jeff Blackwell, tried the workers' compensation claim and obtained a judgment for permanent and total disability. Jeff and I then tried the negligence claim against the general contractor. The jury trial last a week and resolved while the jury deliberated.
