Shari A. Kolnicki is a Senior Contracts Administrator for Anthem Inc. Shari Kolnicki is a former revenue agent and IRS field Appeals Officer with nearly 14 years of experience where she resolved cases for individuals, business entities and managed teams in Kentucky and Ohio. She has helped settle docketed tax court cases, as well as non-docketed examination, audit, and refund claims cases. She also worked as an attorney for Coolidge Wall, the Gnoêsis Group, and Deloitte as a tax staff consultant assisting with mergers and acquisitions, employment and compliance issues. In addition, she was an evaluator for the United States Government Accountability Office.
