I was terrified to have to seek out a divorce lawyer. This guy is one of a kind. He doesn't treat you like the loser you feel like. He really cares and works diligently to help you get what you're entitled to. He's not cheap----but you will soon realize you are paying for top notch legal care and he ...actually seems to care about your case. He is so down to earth that when i first met him and he introduced himself as bob while shredding paper, i thought he was like an office helper. This guy will fight for you--and he will tell you straight up what's right and what's wrong.. Literally everything he predicted would happen with my case has happened almost to the dollar. And he handles crazy cases like same sex marriage and fights for the underdog. He also is not focused on payment; he literally undercharged me a couple of times that I wrote him long emails rambling on. I don't trust anyone but this guy is something special. anyone that can deal with the stress of divorce and how it devastates some of us is amazing. He tells it like it is.

I dealt with Kelly in the beginning and then Robert attended all hearings. They were both super responsive to all phone calls and emails and got us the result we wanted. They were very upfront about potential issues that we might face. At one point Mr. Petty actually came to my home to pick up sig...ned documents in order to get them filed ASAP. Would definitely hire this firm again.
