James Joseph Pardi II

I am a life long resident of Columbus, Ohio and have been a private practitioner for over 22 years with a law practice solely limited to Family Law and Domestic Relations matters before the Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts.

I represent individuals in all aspects of Family Law representation including: dissolution and uncontested divorce proceedings; divorce with contested property, spousal support, and child custody related matters; and post divorce modification proceedings. I also represent parents, grandparents and other individuals in original and post decree custody/visitation modification cases before the Juvenile Court. My representation also extends to all facets of child support and administrative paternity determinations before the Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency including paternity, child support determinations and objections before the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts. I also advocate and represent children as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem providing investigation and recommendations to the Court relative to a child's best interests in contested custody proceedings.
