“This was a public reprimand. I was moving my office and the people who were helping put some client files in a trash can rather than move the files from y old office to storage. There was not any intentional misconduct on my part. The Court issued a public reprimand and noted my years of public service as a mitigating factor. This certainly is not something that would occur ever again as I have changed my best practice to shred documents.”
